Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to have piece of mind when shopping with StackHaus so we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your product or you change your mind please contact us within 30 days by email at info@stackhaus.com.au so we can arrange a refund or exchange.

Products must be returned in “as new” condition in its original packaging (not assembled or installed). You are responsible for shipping charges under this policy.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or faulty please contact us by email at info@stackhaus.com.au within 3 business days of the delivery and we will work out suitable arrangements.

Return Procedures
  1. You must be the original purchaser:
    If a product was  supplied to you a third party, such as an installer or cabinet maker, StackHaus will only process the return with the party who has concluded the purchase with us. In this case, please instruct the original purchaser to contact us on your behalf.
  1. Contact StackHaus in writing within 30 days
    Send an email to info@stackhaus.com.au to notify us of your intention to return your item(s). Please include your order number and any other information that can assist us to identify your order. StackHaus cannot accept returns without prior notice or returns delivered in person to our warehouse facilities.
  1. We will provide instructions on how to return items
    Our customer service team will provide return directions upon receipt of your return request in writing. The return directions will require the customer to cover the shipping costs. Returned items in transit are at the risk of the customer so you may wish to take transit cover in case items are damaged during return transportation.
  1. Returned products to be in “as-new” condition and original packaging
    “As-new” includes never used, not assembled, not installed or altered, not damaged and packaged “as-new”. The products need to be intact with all components, accessories, instructions, templates, screws and bolts.
    Original Packaging:  The products and accessories are to be secured in original internal and external packaging with no alterations.
  1. Return within 14 days
    Return the item(s) as per our instructions within 14 calendar days of receipt of our return authorisation. The risks associated with returning the item remains with the customer until the point that StackHaus accepts the return. The returns are at the customer’s risk whilst in transit, so please ensure returned items are securely packed, tracked and insured for any loss or damage during transit.
  1. Consider freight protection for your return
    StackHaus will not accept items damaged during transit.
  1. StackHaus will inspect the return
    We will send you an email to notify you of the outcome of the return inspection. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Procedures

If your return is approved, your refund will then be processed. A credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5 business days. The amount refunded will be for the purchase price of the product only, that is, excluding delivery fees. StackHaus does not accept respsonsibility for delays in the refund due to payment gateway and financial institution processes.

StackHaus may charge you a re-packaging fee (10% of the product purchase price) if StackHaus deems that re-packaging is required. This will be deducted from your refund.

StackHaus may reject the product as a return if the terms and conditions outlined have not been met. If the return is rejected, the product remains the property of the customer who will need to arrange its collection or agree to delivery of the product back to the customer at their own cost.
